QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
This position requires one year of specialized experience which is in or related to the work of the position being filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and
abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12). Qualifying specialized
experience would include work demonstrating knowledge of state-of-the-art practices in IT applications system design and programming. In
depth experience in analysis techniques is essential in serving as a system monitor and troubleshooter in performing problem identification and resolution tasks. Experience must demonstrate ability to develop and maintain management information and database processing systems, and expertise as a project lead requiring varied knowledge in analyzing, designing, developing, testing and implementing IT systems that successfully accomplish project
objectives. Experience must also demonstrate ability to direct and monitor work performance of others, develop IT plans, interface with
management, and resolve conflicts effectively to meet program objectives.
