Education and Experience Preferences: We train and hire US Military candidates with provable military after August 1991 and educational backgrounds for projects we work on or our associate working partners work on. We prefer to have candidates who have the following:

• Prior construction experience as a carpenter, electrician, HVAC installer, plumber, etc.
• Construction skills should related to installing solar, wind or turbine systems, insulation, windows and weatherization material and/or Energy Efficiency for residential or commercial projects either as a civilian or military technician.
• Ability for an understanding of local and state energy efficiency requirements and incentives for new and existing buildings
• Ability to do building inspection for safety, quality of installation, verification of efficiency
• Ability to understand local and state energy efficiency requirements and incentives for new and existing buildings
• Ability to identify and apply regulatory codes when conducting energy assessments.
• Ability to conduct home performance or diagnostic testing
• Ability to learn the LEED standards and principles
• Basis understanding of the mechanics of energy systems, including HVAC, lighting, and etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, in writing and in person

We prefer either a bachelor's degree; a specific associate or program certificate; and/or applicants with hands-on experience in the industry (no degree necessary).
