When you look for a federal job you most likely want to go to the www.usajobs.opm.gov. After you create an account you will begin searching for jobs. Then what happens is you are sometimes directed to another system called application manager. You will have to then create another account. This is where you answer self assessment questions which is your test. You will want to answer these questions to match the skills of the position. If you find that the questions are not relevant to your skills. You might as well keep searching. The self assessment questions are critical to the application process. So really think about it.
