These positions are located at the Small Business Administration, Office of Capital Access, Financial Program Operations, 4 positions in Herndon, VA; 2 positions in Little Rock, AR; 1 position in Fresno, CA; and 5 positions in Sacramento, CA. The incumbents of these positions will perform the following duties:
- Establish and implement office controls
- Prepare Reports
- Operate automated office equipment
- Respond to routine inquiries related to programmatic functions or operations, and perform general clerical tasks
- Establish and/or maintain appropriate controls on correspondence, reports, and commitments
GS-05: To qualify at the GS-05 level, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-04 level in federal service. Specialized experience includes: knowledge of clerical and administrative function procedures that is needed to perform basic office automation duties such as processing a variety of documents; use of various software programs to transmit and receive electronic mail and to create documents, charts and graphs; maintain financial accounting including preparation of a budget, and submission of reports.
