The US Office of Personnel Management recently developed a list of Veteran Employment Program Offices responsible for promoting Veterans’ recruitment, employment, training and development, and retention within their respective agencies. Veterans are encouraged to contact these individuals for specific information on employment opportunities in those agencies. Please note that most contacts are at the HQ level. They are responsible for serving as a liaison with sub-agencies, regional and field locations as well. (For example, FEMA is a Department of Homeland Security sub-agency so you would contact the DHS liaison) .
